Covid Cost Share Waiver

THH parents and patients,

It has come to our attention that most insurances are no longer waiving  member costs (copay, coinsurance and deductible) related to the treatment of COVID-19. Coverage and patient responsibility are determined by each individual’s insurance. This may or may not apply to COVID-19 testing as well. We urge patients and parents of THH Pediatrics, MAPP to contact their insurance company to determine the coverage for COVID-19 testing prior to coming into our facility.to determine the coverage for COVID19 testing prior to coming into our facility.

Due to the recent uptick in COVID cases, we are reaching our limit in testing at THH. Please be patient with increased wait times on the phones as we have  had a dramatic increase in patient calls.

Covid Booster Announcement:

If it has been more than 5 months since your child’s  2nd Covid-19  vaccine, your child needs a Covid-19 booster shot. THH Pediatrics has a limited supply of Covid-19 booster vaccine for children 12 yrs old and up. We have scheduled vaccine clinics in the afternoon on January 14, January 18, and February 8th. Please call to schedule your child’s vaccine.

LAST CALL: Saturday January 29th  will be our last Covid-19 vaccine clinic for Dose #1 for patients between 5 and 11 yrs old. Dose #2 will be given on 2/19/22/ Please call now to schedule.

Although the CDC has stated that fully vaccinated people do not need to wear masks in most settings, this does not include healthcare settings. THH Pediatrics still requires all patients and visitors to wear a mask when they come to the office.

Our CHADIS screening process has changed for Well Child Care (WCC). Please check our CHADIS page and fill out your screen prior to your  well check up to make your WCC experience more complete.

We have restarted our evening hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, but we will continue to not have Thursday evening and Saturday morning hours   until further notice. We are seeing well check ups for all ages. THH will continue to schedule telemedicine visits and appropriate sick visits in the office.
