Is THH Pediatrics accepting new patients?
THH is accepting new patients at this time including newborns and transfer patients from other practices.
Does THH Pediatrics Host Prenatal Visits For Expecting Parents?
Yes, THH Pediatrics does host prenatal visits for expecting parents in a group setting. This gives expecting parents the chance to meet one of our pediatricians in person and to ask questions about our office, newborn care or any health related topic that comes to mind. If interested, please call the office to schedule a visit.
If I Choose THH Pediatrics To Care For My Newborn, Do I Have To Complete Any Paperwork Or Notify The Office Prior To Delivery?
No paperwork is required prior to your infantʼs birth. If you are delivering at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital all that is required is to notify the Labor & Delivery Staff on admission, and one of our pediatricians will come to see your newborn. If you are delivering at another hospital, a “staff pediatrician” will see your newborn while she/he is in the hospital, and we will see your child in our office, usually within 48 hours from discharge.
We accept most major employer-sponsored medical insurance. Below is a partial list. If you do not see your insurance listed below please call our office. Please note that list is in reference to employer-sponsored plans only.

THH is proud to accept United Healthcare. You may have recently received a letter from United stating that THH will no longer accept United Healthcare Patients. That letter is incorrect as it was sent before negotiations with United were complete. THH recently completed contract negotiations with United Healthcare and we are pleased to announce that we will continue to partner with United Healthcare to take good care of your children. If you have any questions please feel free to call our office.
